The Landrush for second level .kr registrations began on Wednesday 28th March. Second level .kr names are open to all companies, organisation and individuals in Korea. Local presence is a requirement for registration!
The .kr Registry accepts applications during the Landrush phase is until 11th April. The Landrush phase is not on a first come, first served basis.
When the Registry receives multiple applicants for the same domain during the Landrush phase, the Registry will conduct a lottery to determine who will be assigned the domain name.
The Landrush results will be announced on 12th April. General registration begins on 19th April 2007.
