The following changes will be made during this maintenance :
1) Two new country codes will be added to the country list - BL – Saint Barthelemy MF – Saint Martin
2) The Registrar Low Threshold Notifications which currently report in the 12 hour GMT format will report in the UTC 24 hour format.
